As a Video & Motion Designer, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic Commercial Excellence team. We manage a number of brands, their websites, content and marketing initiatives. Our portfolio includes top-tier brands such as Memira, Bey, Bergman Clinics Aesthetics, and Nordiska Kliniken, specializing in aesthetic surgery and vision correction.

You will work with highly professional and dedicated colleagues across the Scandinavian counties, Netherlands and Germany. Together, we generate leads and drive growth for all commercial care services within the Bergman Clinics Group. Your mission: to create compelling, high-quality video content that inspires and informs across our commercial care brands.

You are a talented and ambitious Video & Motion Designer probably early in the career. If you have a passion for storytelling through video and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you. You’ll be based in our Stockholm office, working closely with the marketing team. We expect you to work in the office or any of our other locations 3-4 days per week and the rest remote.

Work tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for producing video content that aligns with the brand guidelines and quality standards of each of our commercial care brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing a wide range of video content—from large-scale campaigns to smaller productions
• Leading pre-production planning and editing
• Setting up and managing lighting and sound with confidence and precision
• Designing online marketing content optimized for various platforms
• Producing and editing film content for both external marketing and internal communication
• Participating in and helping plan larger-scale productions alongside full production teams, offering the opportunity to collaborate with specialized professionals in cinematography, sound, and direction
• Creating motion graphics and animations for use across digital channels—including websites, social media, and internal platforms—to enhance storytelling and brand consistency
• In your day-to-day work, you report to the Design Manager and collaborate closely with the Marketing team. You maintain a strong business mindset, ensuring that all creative output supports strategic goals and delivers measurable impact.

Who you are

You are an experienced Video & Motion Designer with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to independently lead your projects from concept to completion. You combine creativity with precision, producing high-quality content tailored to a variety of channels. Your technical expertise is backed by deep knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, which you use fluently to bring ideas to life with both creativity and accuracy.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A formal education in graphic design or media production
• Hands-on experience with film editing tools and camera work
• A creative mindset paired with speed, precision, and attention to detail
• Strong technical abilities and a genuine interest in new tools and tech developments
• Advanced skills across the full Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
